• ✔ Users must register using accurate contact details.
• ✔ Sellers are responsible for product authenticity, pricing, and delivery, and warrant that all listed products comply with all Indian quality and safety standards.
• ✔ Buyers must verify product details before purchase.
• ✔ Shopiome earns revenue via commissions, subscriptions, and advertisements.
• ✔ All listings are subject to admin review before going live.
• ✔ Shopiome reserves the right to modify or remove listings that violate platform rules or are reported to violate any applicable Indian law, including but not limited to intellectual property and consumer rights.
• ✔ Users must comply with all applicable Indian laws including the IT Act, 2000, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Liability

Shopiome is an intermediary as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and strictly adheres to the due diligence requirements under Section 79 of the said Act and relevant rules. Any disputes between buyers and sellers will be handled as per our Dispute Resolution Policy.

Shopiome shall not be liable for the accuracy, quality, or authenticity of any products or services listed by third-party sellers, subject to our duties of due diligence as an intermediary.
