You can register as a seller for free, upload your products and wait for admin approval. Once approved, your products go live on the platform.

Q4. What commission does Shopiome charge per sale?

Shopiome charges a small commission based on product price range — this covers payment gateway fees, platform maintenance and marketing visibility.

Q5. How do I receive payments for my sales?

Once an order is marked as delivered and accepted by the buyer, Shopiome releases your payout after deducting its commission.

Q6. Can I promote my products on Shopiome?

Yes! You can boost your visibility using featured listings, premium banner ads, or top-line promotions like Spotlight Ads.

For Buyers

Q7. How do I buy a product?

Simply log in on Shopiome, browse, chat with the seller if needed, finalise the price and make a secure payment through Shopiome’s payment system.

Q8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You can raise a return or dispute request within 48 hours of delivery. Shopiome will step in to mediate and resolve the issue fairly.

Q9. Can I cancel an order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations depend on the seller’s approval.

Q10. How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Yes! Both sellers and external brands can book banner ad spots to display across high-visibility areas of the website.

Legal & Safety

Q15. Is Shopiome a safe and verified marketplace?

Absolutely. Every transaction is processed securely, sellers are verified, and your personal data is protected under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).

Q16. What if a dispute remains unresolved?

You can escalate any issue to our Grievance Officer, whose contact details are listed under Legal & Contact Information. All cases are reviewed and closed within 30 days.
