Advertisement Policy | Shopiome

This Advertisement Policy outlines the rules, standards, and procedures for publishing advertisements on the Shopiome platform. All advertisers and sellers are required to comply with this policy when submitting and running ads.

Ad Formats & Content Standards

✔ Advertisements are available for registered Shopiome Sellers and verified External Businesses. Available formats include banner ads and featured listings.
✔ Sellers may choose between Standard and Urgent ads, subject to current availability and pricing.
✔ All ad creatives must be accurate, truthful, and comply with all applicable advertising laws in India.
✔ Ads must not contain fraudulent, deceptive, or discriminatory content.

Approval Process

✔ Each ad submission requires an Admin Review before going live.
✔ Shopiome reserves the absolute right to reject, suspend, or remove any ad (even after approval) deemed misleading, non-compliant, or detrimental to user experience.
✔ Shopiome is not liable for any business loss incurred due to the rejection or removal of a non-compliant advertisement.

Refunds & Booking

✔ Fees for approved and displayed advertisements are non-refundable.
✔ If Shopiome fails to deliver due to platform error, a pro-rata credit or refund may be issued.
✔ Ad slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
