Secure Payments
All payments on Shopiome are processed through trusted and encrypted payment gateways to ensure complete buyer safety.
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallet payments.
Payment Flow
When a buyer makes a purchase, the payment amount is held securely by Shopiome until the order is successfully delivered.
After delivery confirmation, the payment is released to the seller after deducting Shopiome’s applicable commission or service fees.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are initiated only in the following situations:
- The product is not delivered within the promised time frame.
- The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The order is cancelled before dispatch.
Refund Process
- Once a return or cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For UPI and wallet payments, refunds may reflect faster depending on the payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Products damaged due to buyer misuse or negligence.
- Services or digital goods that have already been used, downloaded, or availed.
- Personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless found defective.
