- Cancellations before dispatch are eligible for a full refund (including shipping, if applicable).
- Cancellations after dispatch will depend on the seller’s approval and may involve deduction of logistics or handling charges.
- If a seller fails to process a valid return or refund, Shopiome may intervene to facilitate a fair resolution in line with the Buyer Protection Policy.
